If I can see correctly in the video, it's a Miche Primato track hub? If so you could swap the sealed bearings?
Having done this on (much older) Primato hubs a while back, it's easily done if I remember correctly. -

My rear wheel has started to exhibit an extremely annoying squeak/squeal. Video below.

Before I start googling how to take apart hubs (likely to be above my pay grade) anyone got an initial idea of what this is likely to be, how to fix it, or whether I just need a new hub and have someone rebuild.
I wouldn't absolutely hate an excuse to buy some new wheels. Just not particularly good financial timing so if easily repairable I'd go for that.
