2x pairs SPD cleats worn 5 rides each
Shimano ME700 SPD pedals, I stupidly threaded the small bearing locknut on the right hand pedal. Both pedals are in great working order but require the lock it to get working again. Would make a good upgrade if you have a knackered set of pedals currently.
