I'm torn.

If it was in Tokyo, I'm sure my gut reaction would be, cute, querky, and innovative. But reading how Bill from the Bay Area has managed to boost his rental income makes me want to start throwing grenades.

It's a fake prank/scam tho, surely... product doesn't actually exist, terrible actor 'landlords' in the vids.
