Think I’m gonna pop this here again.

Is a banger.
But still one of the best sounding bikes imo:

It is the best sound ever!

Oof, hands down. The way the grasses move from the wash!
However, I’ll take your six, drop a couple bangers and give you this. -

Picking up tomorrow, not as exciting as the triple but 1/4 of the price…

Nice bike. Much better choice than the triple in my view.

Thanks. Was looking for a none vtec one but they looked quite a bit more dated.
Sold the triple for 5k and this is 1.3k -

I like the earlier ones too but they are quite old now. It supposed to be a great engine.

• #25286
I even quite like the newer one. Understated

I’ve always liked the single side swing arm and high level exhaust. Not quite 916 but as close as I’ll get

Absolutely. The two features everybody except manufacturers love for some reason.

I still love my VFR750, especially after raising the rear ride height. You can go hundreds of miles in comfort, then rip around the twisties. It’s really a charmer.

I still have no idea how they made it so comfortable!

had a great ride home on the vfr, thought it would feel ancient compared to the street triple and it didn't. Felt comfortable on it straight away. Did miss gear indicator and self cancelling indicators though
Looking to get the wheels refinished and general tidy up and oil/filter change

Just start with this then? I have this for sale, they are really fun little bikes but you would have to learn the reverse brake shift as well.

For all of you noise fanatics as well. While I am two stroke through and through the sound of one of these in the flesh is very hard to beat. Talk about making your ears hurt.

These are absolutely mind blowing. Haven't had the (mis)fortune of hearing one in real life but the videos leave you in no doubt as to how loud they are!

This is awesome. XSR 900 GP

• #25297
That's a cracker.

Yours for 12 and a half grand.

Wasn't it something like the single sider weighs more and harder to design, and has no real road benefit.
There is more of a benefit for racing such as 8hr Suzuka or races where you need tyre changes.

Altering the position of the concentric rear wheel adjuster?
Got to say whenever I idly browse, Daytonas seem like great vfm. Especially when you look at something like the price of a Hornet or DR650.
