Bit late but I think I have a spare without stays. DM me if you still need one
-
• #5729
You might need spacers to move the stays a bit further away to clear the brakes. I have a many spacers if you need them.

Any success stories for mounting metal guards for a rear wheel with no mounting points. No bridge on the seatstays or down by the bb either. Have mounting points on the fork so front end is covered.
Eg. using some of those PDX qr things or VO fender stay mounts and using some burly zip ties across each chainstay to fix the guard in place at the bb. Heli tape the chainstays/bb to preserve paint and give the tie something to grip into.Looking for any helpful tips as I basically can‘t be bothered to ride a bike without proper fender these days.
Probably would use the wider Kinesis fend off 700c as they’re reasonable compared to 650b VO‘s on my other bike.

I think its Tubus that do add on pinholes for accessories. They are pretty cheap so worth a try

Do you mean the extension plates for mounting racks? These look good, thanks.

A DMR hinged clamp will cover you for the seat tube section.

I was thinking these things, i think they come with some rubber grommets, or you can use old inner tubes.
They bend around your stays and give you accessory mounts.I do have a pair of the tubus extension plates for racks though and they are very useful also.

I have a pair of those off an old customers bike, I always wondered where they came from.
-

Ive used them a couple of times, always a useful and inexpensive thing to have around.

Does anyone do a mudguard similar to the VO hammered fenders in black but narrower than 45mm? My tyres are only 28mm so concerned the 45mm wide ones will look silly

This is a mess. These plastic SKS cover 650 x 47 for grav duty but it's time to fit some 35c tyres and pick out something that matches that.
Want black, metal, smooth with single stays.
Can't find any black Honjo Sims Works in stock anywhere 🥲
Lots of VO crack comments.
Can't see past PDW All Metal 45mm.Have I missed anything?!

Admittedly not a great choice in stock.
Powder coat some silver GB? -

They’re 740 and 1200mm. That’s them over 38s. Could be mounted behind the fork crown for more toe coverage, or get flaps
