I think you’ll struggle to get anywhere near that price! Vintage steel doesn’t go for a lot these days - see some of the beautiful bargains @retrodicorsa has been selling for a price guide. Road frames that have been converted to fixed/single speed are also less desirable that a dedicated track frame. Apologies for the unrequested advice!
