It's an interesting fork; thought it was steel the first time around, but zooming in I can see it's carbon. Very pretty, but I'd guess a little hefty given the 1" steerer is probably steel, and a pound was considered light for a fork in those days...
Rather slender for a carbon fork; the straight blades look great with the dropped seatstays on the frame.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the brand of frame (ah, now I see it is a wheeler) and what is the fork material?
