Wanted - commuter bike 58cm with disc brakes

Hiya,
I'm looking for a road bike to continue commuting to work daily.

Not fussed about "gender" of frame - but I am female!
I'm 5 ft 11 ish, maybe a little taller, looking for a 58cm frame.
Would need to fit mud guards if not already on.
Disc breaks.
NOT single speed! I need the gears!

What's your budget range? Size-wise I'd be open to 56 too.

I'm never sure with size, just tend to prefer larger bikes. But yeah given my height I might look at a 56, but would prefer larger.
Price wise, I'm looking cheap I'm afraid...definitely don't want to spend more than £500 for instance. Would be looking around the 300-400 mark.
