I think if you're trying to put a longer cage on a force 22 short cage RD, the drivetrain capacity will increase, but the deraillieur body will still be rated to 28t, like Netakure says. The max tooth ratings are normally conservative though, so whether the short cage one could actually manage 32t anyway, I don't know.
Let me know if you're getting rid of a wifli rival mech though, I'm after a long cage one!

Only looking to get 32/34t rear cassette range. Which is fine with a regular none adapted Wifli rear mech (Rival)...Im just looking to get a Force/red Wifli for next to nothing lol
