On the subject of beans I used to buy from Bailies now an again then when they had them in at one of my local cafes, picked up some Lucid beans locally and it turns out it’s the roaster from Bailies who left and did his own thing a couple of years ago, might explain why I stopped buying as thought the quality had dropped, will see how this one is.
