I have a washer/dryer and there isn't a choice of temperature for the dryer. Should I still put it through the dryer?
Yes, it'll likely be fine. I've done many jackets on 'cupboard dry' mode.
Hanging over a radiator / on a washing line in the sun work equally as well.
