Yes, Farer are made to a higher level of quality than Baltic (and in Switzerland, by Roventa), though Baltic are good VFM (mostly made in Hong Kong with final assembly in France). Also it's less that titanium is more expensive than steel, more that it's harder to work with in terms of machining/finishing. The Sellita movement is certainly more expensive than the Miyota too, at least three times more.

I prefer the Farer and in the white face, it has more character. Other options

Feeling splurging on a tidy dive watch.
Thinking Farer Aqua Endeavour Titanium or Baltic Aquascape dual crown.
Farer pros - raised numerals, titanium, characterful
Balitoc pros - alot less than the farer for a similar look, comes in black - intereting polishing
Cons - not raised markers ok - maybe a bit less refined than the farer.
Anyone own a farer or a baltic and can comment on general qaulity of finishing, mechnisms etc?
Baltic has a miyota 9039, farer is a sellita sw200-1 elaboré calibre.
Guessing the money on tbe farer goes on the materials and movement. I mean as long as it keeps reasonable time im not overly concrened.
Thoughts welcome
