Villa will be the death of me. They don't deserve CL football, they're not a serious team. I'd honestly rather them be sat in 7th/8th concentrating on winning the ECL, than heartbreak hotel shit every week.

I lived with a villain around the millennium. He was disproportionately invested in a bunch of 20-something millionaires and his mood dictated exclusively by them winning football matches. He wasn't great company

I've been trying to practice 'it's only a game' mantra this season, because it is, but it's becoming increasingly difficult. There was little to get excited about in the early 2000's O'Leary/Deadly Doug years compared to now. It's the hope that kills ya
