Mate. Of course they have absolute control and choice over what they wear.
I can also decide that, to me, they look like a prick. Im sure they might think the same of me and that’s their prerogative.
Btw, it has nothing to do with some of the items being effeminate. The whole outfit just looks shit together. Like they got dressed in the dark.
