Carbon/Stainless Talbot F&F

This bike was built as a bit of an experiment, but definitely ended up being a successful and fun one.

Full carbon tubing with stainless lugs and chainstays.

I am selling this as a stem and fork with a free frame included though, as I pulled the DT out of the DT bb lug. It has been re-glued by me and seems pretty solid, but I can't guarantee it won't start to come away again and need to be glued again.

For context I'm 110kg, 6'1" and give bikes a very hard time. I did 1000miles on this bike including two Paris - Roubauix VCRs and lots of other silly "classicesque" rides (Tenants Gold and Tro Bros Lothian anyone). It seems that it was only the cobbled hills of Edinburgh that defeated it in the end.

I reckon that if you weigh less than me and are nicer to bikes, this will prob be fine, but no gaurantees and if you buy this, please factor in the cost of getting it glued back together at some point, possibly immediately.

• 79cm seat tube, BB centre to saddle rails on ISP

• 51cm seat tube

• Enve forks and stem

• Direct mount brake under BB shell

• CK Headset and BB cups that I can't remember the make of

• internal rear brake cabling

• no braise ons for trad cabled groupsets. I used it with etap

A few scrapes as pictured, but still in great condition otherwise
