Ripley on Netflix looks great, Scott is massively talented. However he’s playing someone half his age and it shows. It’s not as bad as Joaquin Phoenix in Napoleon, but it’s awkward

Watched the first two episodes, and as someone who read the novels more than once I think it's good.
But yes, was a bit confused thinking is Tom in his twenties, or around forty?
