This looks like the end of the Farnham - Alton TT course.
Any move further west would involve climbing Four Marks. Although that part of the road has been used in the past, it's quite a hard climb and would make the course 'sporting'.
The Hounslow 100 is safe for this year because the plan is only at the consultation stage, but the future looks doubtful for the many events that have been using this course.
