The internal one with my Sage Barista Pro. My wife was getting more and more frustrated with dosing the grinder each time but I found that filling the hopper meant changing the settings depending on how long the beans had been in there or how long it had been since the last coffee was made. My wife doesn't give a fuck about inconsistent shots, she just wants coffee as easily as possible. So the hand grinder solves my problem, and doesn't cause her one. Everybody's happy now
