I have repaired fairings using acrylic nail powder and the monomer. Seems to be the same as the the expensive kit.
I used playdoh to model the broken bits of fairing.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/395040971889 is the type of thing and is really similar to plastic.

Some time ago I made a fairing repair using Poundland nail varnish remover. It takes a long time for the acetone to chemically melt the plastics, but I would recommend this method. It can turn the plastics white (not an issue if hidden from view), and it is chemically re-bonding the pieces together. If you can be bothered, do that.
You can also put shavings of the similar plastic into a bottle of acetone to make a repair goo that is chemically similar and should give you a good repair.
Hey all, my varadero is looking exceedingly tired, it's an ex police bike so it's mainly been sprayed white by them and has no Honda graphics. Can anyone recommend a source for good decals?
Some of the fairing fasteners are cracked, I'd hoped I could pick up some used fairings to add some colour to it but they're more than the bike itself, so I guess it's araldite and bolts to repair instead!
I also considered some kind of wrap/graphics for the plastics instead of decals - any experience with them?
