Waltham forest don't gaf about people taking the piss out of the planning laws.
Stop your car within half an inch of a box junction however and they'll come down on you like a ton of bricks (I recently had to take Waltham forest to a tribunal about such a thing risking £130 and I'm still very pissed off about it)
