Where I live, a lot of people have two car drives and two cars but still park one on the road for whatever reason creating rubbish chicanes to navigate and good luck getting through in anything bigger than a car and seem to think parking on corners is fine, creating terrible visibility when trying to pull out, the flip slide is it turns everywhere in to a load speed neighbourhood

half the people on our road have 2 car drives but own 3+ cars and rather than park the spares across the front of their driveways on the road they use them to nick all the spaces from my neighbours who don't have a drive and can only park outside their own house because they'd otherwise be blocking someone else's drive. if there's no room to nick their spots they'll just park next to them overhanging our driveway instead, because it's much better to inconvenience someone else passively living their life rather than maybe have to move one of your fleet 8 feet out the way to get a car off the drive sometimes and only inconvenience yourself.
