  • I occasionally did trolley duty as a 16/17 yr old at a Sainsbury's that had a car park that was on hill.

    I certainly lightly bumped a couple of cars, but never left so much as a mark. There was a bit of a challenge to see how many trolleys you could return on one "train". I think I did 17.

  • I did the same for Sainsbury's too but it wasn't on a hill, but there certainly some rises and dips in the car park. Can't recall hitting any cars, but I do remember trying to get as many in a train as possible.

    I also remember getting told off for having a sit down in the shade and drinking water, when it was like 25 degrees plus.
