This is a very apt description of how I am now feeling.

But looking at mortgage rates I just don’t see how we can make it work even with a sub 50% ltv 😔

no surpise there dude. place looks amazing.

damn those numbers though. we had to pass on a place that was just out of reach when we started looking five years ago. but am happy how it worked out
