Nice. We want to DIY the kitchen too. In a possibly odd move we're going to build it and relocate it in the next room then gut the existing small kitchen, sort out the damp uninsulated floor and leave it as a workshop/storage room. I guess this is one of those "forever home" rather than "resale value" moves.
