DIY Kitchens was where I drew up (and eventually ordered) all our plans. You can have 2 different heights of top cupboards as well, 720 and 900mm (plus taller larder units if that's your thing) to get to the top of your ceiling... if you ceiling is straight, but you can order extra filler panels for your fitter to use if the ceiling isn't straight.
You can buy doors for integrated washing machines and dishwashers from there too.
I'm now up north and fitted my kitchen, plumbing, very minor electrics myself so no recommendations from me for LANDAN contractors.
Do recommend using Ikea Tradfri under cabinet lighting as you can hook it up to a sensor so they turn on when you walk in the room. Spent all the time and money hooking up the ceiling lights and only really use them when we clean the room...
