I prefer my olive oil to be cold pressed in a walk in, from my olive groves, whom I call she. I use child labour to ensure everyone is a virgin, so from the picking, pressing bottling I can call the oil extra special virgin.
Also get the local Roman Catholic priest to check the childrens virginity and bless every part of the process so I can sell the blessed, super extra special virgin oil.
This oil is then used in all church anointments in at least a 500km area.
I find Portuguese olive oil to be consistently cheaper than the well known sources.
