Aloe vera. Use the juice from a broken bit it as an antiseptic. Look at it. Water it about once a fortnight tops.

A 14 year old dredge. I have had the plant since 2016 when I found it laying on the side of the road in a plastic pot. It has tripled in height since but I'd like to know what it is so that I can give it the appropriate love it needs. It sits on the downstairs toilet windowsill. It is getting a wash down of its leaves in a minute and can sit in the sun today.
Edit: I think it might be a Dracaena
