Which corvette engine is fitted?

Are they like the initial monaros... Needing brake and suspension upgrades to be decent? Saying that I miss the terror mobile.

6.2l LS2 V8, I believe.

It's an LS2 so it's a 6.0, the early Monaros were under braked for sure, but this has big ol' 4 pots and big discs front and back so I'm not worried about brakes on this car.
