  • I'm babysitting Dammit's Fierte Cross while he is out East so felt a bit more confident going up the River Lee Navigation to the River Lee Country Park - really nice place and a really nice bike.

  • That’s my old custom ti! The forks are Columbus minimal 1” that I got painted more or less the same colour as the frame ( at c&g in liverpool).
I had two pro plt stems also painted to match . Look forward to seeing it built up / here’s one of my threads on it:

  • Love an Atlanta!

  • I recently sold four nice bikes as I wanted to try the new technology, hydraulic disc brakes and fat tyres, and used the parts left over, wheels I bought in 2006 and my favourite 165mm chainset and Praxis Chainrings, and picked up a Record Ti seat post as the layback suits the steep seat tube angle better, and polished the stem to match.

..Steel frame and tubulars..is as smooth as the new bike I just built..but lighter. I wouldn't have appreciated it in 2006 as I was chasing Carbon, but my old bones certainly do now.

  • Awesome bike!

  • Brakes complement the frame nicely. It’s nice to see something other than black components.

  • Go straight to HHSRB >>>

  • Mostly agree. Apart from copper coloured spokes. Like a Russel hobbs microwave.

  • What is HHSRB? Took me a while but I know now.

  • Here is my Serotta I recently acquired. I traded a Cinelli Grammo stem and a "display-only" set of Colnago Carbon cranks for the frame with a friend. The number hanger was a tip-off it was something unusual, after some research turns out it's a US Cycling Federation team frame.

It is a beautifully-built frame and I'm very excited about it. I just moved from the US to the UK so it's currently on shipping container with all of my other worldly possessions, looking forward to doing some riding.

  • Cheap Serotta in Hackney

  • Lost Smiths album title?

  • I was looking for a bike, and then I found a bike
And heaven knows I’m miserable now

  • Girlfriend on an old bike, I know, I know it’s serious.

  • This is great - old times work too

  • On Facebook marketplace there's an Atlanta for £240 complete. Sorry lost the link

  • Anything for sale or trade size 57/58?

  • I could trade a really nice Olmo track if anything of my taste comes out;)

  • Can I interest anyone in a pantographed quill stem?

  • I’m thinking about moving this on after buying it last year.

I’ve put some nice tyres on it and a more BDHU-friendly nitto bar/stem combo. The bike’s in Sweden but can bring to London without too much hassle

  • Initially thought this frame on eBay was a re-painted Serotta with misaligned decals, turns out it’s a cyclefit glider tupelo (built by Serotta).
    Not quite the “real deal”

  • I have a glider tupelo and it's a great bike. Light and stiff. Reasonable clearance from a bike from around 2000. Built by serotta and has super smooth welds. Has a 2 degree sloping tt which is a bit funky. Overall great bike.

  • ATMO - If Serotta made it then it’s a Serotta.

  • Yeah I always thought these were sweet too. Didn't they have an S stamp somewhere? Brake bridge or summit?
