The hubs do exist:
https://nabendynamo.de/en/products/hub-dynamos/for-thru-axles/You can always use a higher spoke count on the front wheel compared to your rear wheel. It may look a bit odd, but that is about it.
Another option would be to get a 15 mm dynamo hub for boost and use a 15 to 12mm thru axle adapter.

Hi all, I am taking delivery of a Specialized Turbo Creo for commuting duties and want to put a dynamo light set up on this. the problem I have is that the hubs are boost spacing with a 12mm axle and 24h, are there any dynamo hubs that fit this criteria? I have found boost with a 15mm axle or non boost with a 12mm axle.
I have thought about getting the non boost then just using a 5mm spacer each side to take up the slack- good idea or not?
Also not sure I could have a higher 32h spoke count on the front with the 24h on the back
