I'm fucked off with them at the moment as well. My 3 month old phone spontaneously died so I gave them a ring to see what was up with warranty etc. I was on hold for over an hour, finally got through to someone who then redirected me to the department who's number I called in the first place. I just gave up after another 10 minutes on hold. I'd rather spend an hour of my life just going to a shop.

Ooh I had a similar fraudulent delivery from 02 (I am not their customer) and it was an ipad and a iphone 12 or whatever was the latest at the time. They made it really hard to return them and delete this account that some rando had set up in my name (company name too, feel like they used Companies House to get name address and whatnot).

Report a possible fraud (unordered Apple Watch turned up) - all fine, then without warning they suspend my account and a week later still no phone, no contact and no means of speaking to their fuckwit wankstain fraud department
