Does she fantasy at all?
No, but she's really into making dioramas so thought they might be worth throwing in front of her to paint. I'm quite tempted to pick up the Heroquest reissue (it's £50 on amazon right now, which seems reasomable) to see if it's as much of a gateway drug as the original was for me!
Thanks for those links all, much appreciated - there's definitely some stuff in there that would appeal.

My daughter loves making and painting stuff, I was wondering if she'd enjoy miniature painting and thought I might look into it.
However, I can't imagine she's going to be into war gaming minis, does anyone know any other brands that might be good for cutesy fantasy or similar minis? Anything not bristling with swords and guns might be suitable!
