Do post back with your findings! I have to admit I only really gave it a week and didn't do too much experimenting with variables so interested to hear how you get on.
If it’s very fine and tasting thin, I’d be tempted to up the dose and make it coarser. As there’s a steeping element I don’t think a fine grind is great for it.
That’s my method and I got much cleaner tasting but also fuller brews than I was able to get with v60. Grind finer?
