What's your clever dripper recipe/technique? I got one a few weeks ago and don't really get on with it. I find the V60 gives a much better/stronger flavour.
I've only followed the Hoffman approved technique so far (something like soak paper, add water, add coffee, stir, leave for 2 minutes).

I’ve found you have to really try and move quickly so as to use the hottest water possible. And I stir again just before the draw-down.

Yeah, I've been doing both of those! It still tastes a bit "thin" though. To be fair, I've only tried it with one coffee so maybe I need to experiment more with different roasts. Is there a particular roast that's more suited?
