Personally I find clever dripper the easiest for the best cup, aeropress a close second. And I like a bigger cup (330ml), and the clever does up to 500ml vs the 250ml of an aeropress.

What's your clever dripper recipe/technique? I got one a few weeks ago and don't really get on with it. I find the V60 gives a much better/stronger flavour.
I've only followed the Hoffman approved technique so far (something like soak paper, add water, add coffee, stir, leave for 2 minutes).

I’ve found you have to really try and move quickly so as to use the hottest water possible. And I stir again just before the draw-down.

That’s my method and I got much cleaner tasting but also fuller brews than I was able to get with v60. Grind finer?
