Has anyone recently gone in to a Grand Tour as much as a favourite as Pogacar is for the Giro?
I suspect at the back of his mind is the ambition to get the last 'unachievable' feat and win all three Grand Tours in a year.

Maybe Froome in his days? But recently? No one sticks out as far above as Pogi does. Sharing your suspicion btw, he has to find out somehow where his real limits are ;)

The thought that he is still building form to his main goals is slightly terrifying. Not sure he's even done an altitude camp yet?

Pogi also seems to have lost weight. He looks sharp as ever. Giro favourite for sure

For a TDF victory i'd like to see some better team efforts from UAE than what we've recently seen (Milan San Remo for one) And Vingegaard is looking pretty ripped. We are up for some great cycling rivalry in the Grand Tours

Froome won all three GTs in a year, just not a calendar year (he won the Tour and the Vuelta in 2017, then the Giro in May 2018).

It's better than anyone did before but since no one has done the Giro-Tour double since 1998 it suggest the problem isn't doing it in 12 months but in one calendar year.
Anyway I hope everyone is in good shape in July and there's a real ding-dong.
