Aeropress for least faff but V60 makes a better cup if you have the time to spend on it IMO.

Personally I find clever dripper the easiest for the best cup, aeropress a close second. And I like a bigger cup (330ml), and the clever does up to 500ml vs the 250ml of an aeropress.

For the sake of being able to keep my eyes off, I'd get the Clever dripper. Honestly if/when I wake up a zombie on an early weekday morning, sometimes I don't have the minutes needed to babysit a V60
