Hello wut?

Not you babe, the person wearing the wold champ stripes with BDHU

In fairness, he doesn't set up his own bike.
Also fixed cockpit -

Surely he tells his mechanics how he likes his levers to be set up?
This is probably the most aero and/or comfy position for him.
-
• #1656
Yeah I was just being facetious really
-
• #1657
Doh.

There are often some pretty wild set ups in the peloton. I don't know how much of it is actually tested to he faster and how much is riders just sticking to what they know and mechanics agreeing to whatever request

The bar and hood angle really distracts from the otherwise immaculate lines there.

I’m not very accustomed to compact bars
How does this look?

I recommend using the inserts for those levers if you're not already. I found the position better with them
-
• #1667
That's how I would set them up
-
• #1668
Looks good to me

Against the above, I'd pop the inserts in and raise them a bit. As a user of those levers I find they need to be pointed up hoods a bit more or they're going to be uncomfortable on your palm where the bar 'drops' a bit if that makes sense? Could just be my hands though.

I’m using the inserts on these TRP levers with Nitto M106 SSB bars.
It feels good so I guess I’m good to tape?

I'm no authority but looks good to me. Aesthetic looking angle as long as it's comfy to ride.

You've done well with the TRPs there.
Hand those strips back
