Tyres - Continental Urban Contact
Grips - Ergon GP1
Pulley wheels - Pass
Crank - could be a headache
Chainring - less headache but not always worth it
Wheels - Brompton superlight front wheel and keep your normal rear.
There are many modded Bromptons but I think the returns are pretty small unless you're going for a really light build, disc brakes etc. I've steered clear of most upgrades, all mine are for comfort, taste, practicality or were done when parts were worn out.
