Tyres - Continental Urban Contact
Grips - Ergon GP1
Pulley wheels - Pass
Crank - could be a headache
Chainring - less headache but not always worth it
Wheels - Brompton superlight front wheel and keep your normal rear. There are many modded Bromptons but I think the returns are pretty small unless you're going for a really light build, disc brakes etc. I've steered clear of most upgrades, all mine are for comfort, taste, practicality or were done when parts were worn out.

Are you looking to save weight? Or reuse bits from other bikes?
I swapped my cranks out for some sugino 75’s I had., because I had them spare, they look good, but they did not save me any weight, might have added a bit..
Wheelset I’m a fan of Dynamo hubs and would advise everyone to get one, again adds some weight but I find it’s indispensable.
I like the son Brompton specific Dynamo hub, it looks gorgeous but is super pricey..
I’ve got a s/hand sp i think.
