    In the olden days, a lot of the apparently competing electronics stores on Tottenham Court Road were actually the same business with multiple store fronts. It's a model which is common on the internetz, and isn't likely to change any time soon. SEO can attempt to game algorithms, but the huge organic online footprint of Wiggle is worth more, even this thread helps them.

  • yeah i found this is especially prevalent in appliance spares – ordered some bits for a cooker hood and had the order cancelled as OOS. Then tried to find somewhere else, thought the other sites felt a bit familiar, and they're all trading names of ScrewFix Spares Ltd or whatever it was
