Yes did it previously.
Enjoyed it just you get more from someone looking at you and how you react etc more. I needed more swim focus but cycling wise I react really well to sweet spot physically and mentally so really enjoy TrainerRoad, will say for someone not from a running background it might not be the best as I don’t think* it does that well but maybe just me.
Do you use trainer road tri plan? I’m on bike only plan, and their easy ride weeks are v easy, though duration is still relatively high
