France only releases data for military aid sourced directly from private contractors. Aid supplied from existing military stockpiles is classified and has not been released to the public. The total amount of French military aid will therefore be a lot higher than the public figures suggest.

Talking about what France could do is all very well but I would like to hear what he actually will do. Look at what happened with the 1m howitzer shells promised by the EU by March this year. It was a total fiasco until the Czech Republic stepped in and sourced additional ammo from outside the EU.
