Rosgvardia is militarized police on paper, in reality it’s just a
bunch of thugs who work for russian government. He’s not a real
military officer, prbly came to make money behind frontlines
(extortion, thievery, stealing cars, kidnapping etc.) but was sent to

They're also riot police. They trained to be loyal for regime, and
arrest Russian liberals. In order to be loyal, they have a lot of
benefits from Putin: they're not going to a front line, they have good
mortgage conditions from government, etc.

Talking about what France could do is all very well but I would like to hear what he actually will do. Look at what happened with the 1m howitzer shells promised by the EU by March this year. It was a total fiasco until the Czech Republic stepped in and sourced additional ammo from outside the EU.

Seems quite the reversal no? France has barely supplied anything so far apart from a few SCALPS.
