Sorry for the sinfully late reply. Been down a rabbit hole of which direction to go frame-wise, seems things aren't as cheap as they used to be. Go figure. Think I'll hold out for a CdF if that's ok, it's worked well this long so reluctant to mess with the recipe.
Other than changing from 54/56/58 to S/M/L, does anyone know if CdF geometry has changed over the years? Might just be my tired eyes but newer frames appear to have a less horizontal TT.

No worries, I felt mild guilt as had a 58 CDF frame hanging unused. Built it back up now as commuter/bad weather bike. Not had time to fit the racks and guards but been out on a shakedown this morning, forgot how much I like the bike.
Did you find a 58 in the end?

Yeah surly run straight steerers on quite a few 44mm head tubes doesn’t look as bad as you would think. I do have a Fyxation carbon fork that I originally bought for it but didn’t end up using which has various mounts.
Think it’s 2014, the original Fugio, geo charts seem scarce.
