I think things like Rabaconda are the gold standard because they are just cheap enough that they are accessible. This TMT is the step well above that, but you get punched in the soft area financially.
The amazing thing about the TMT is that everything on it is there for a reason. The adjustment for rim size, bit to hold the tyre levers etc…
Main reason I got it was to eliminate the need for the third hand. Using the foot pedal to operate the bead breaker is a masterstroke. Leaves two hands to wrestle with the tyre.
I need to order some new tyres for the Sherco trials as well as for the DR350, so we’ll see how much I enjoy it after 4 more tyres in the coming weeks.
