Just the light no soldering needed afaik, but those are meant to be soldered so you have to pay more/suffer if you want the fancy solution to take your charging thing off you never need.

Yeh this is the one, somewhat excessive I know but I have poor circulation in my hands and find the regular crimp connectors a pain to get on/off when changing a flat in cold weather. Hoping this will be easier.
I have seen that you can buy a length of co-ax with the connector already attached though.

Looks fiddly but way more convenient

I totally understand, they are nice and the ones at the hub are not that much fun.
I have the junction, but as said it's in a box. -

Just finished my cross check that I got for an incredibly good price from Kleinanzeigan. Maybe the man who sold it is on here. If so, thank you. I love it. Wheels built by Jorrit.

• #262
Whereabouts is it?
-
• #263
So 90% of the time we meet at Herrfurthplatz, but every so often there is a different meet up point. Meeting is at 6:30 to start moving at 7. Only the leader knows the route, everyone else gets to come along for the adventure. Minimum of 1 pizza stop.
If ur keen then drop me a DM and I will make sure I am going the week you want to.

Sounds great, whereabouts do you usually go?

Very relevant question, what kind of pizza, what kind of ride?
Nice pizza, short pizza pace ride, I am in.
Miserable pizza, ride till the sun comes up at 32kmh, not so much. -

Ah cool I just saw the insta, looks like fun. Nice easy pace

So, its very much a no-drop ride, trying to be super inclusive so people can just turn up on old mtbs etc. Nothing crazy. The distance varies, the ride leader normally lets people know the rough distance so small/med/large but will keep the route secret as part of the fun. Weve do a few bigger summer ones out and around grunewald etc but thats quite rare. Probs all done and dusted by 10ish and deffo a lot less in the winter. Pizza is taken quite seriously so its not pizza hut or anything.

Nudging him an app with this because of the annoying not being able to tag with a full stop in the name.
I will be in as soon as I think my not so broken anymore elbow will allow it, sounds fun! -
• #271
Sounds cool, I've been planning to take part for a while. Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it tonight, but I'll message you in the coming weeks. Have fun today!

40 people actually turned up this week which was a surprise and hte chosen pizza place said that was too many, but we still had a nice ride and ended up at Trattoria Il Gusto which was a nice spot, and open pretty late too!
I don't totally understand which parts need soldering? I thought it was going to have to but then didn't bother and used the bits it came with but had to buy a crimping tool
