  • For tubes? I use Park Tools quick ones now for the most part (unless the weather is nice and I'm not in a hurry, in which case I'll use proper glue-on patches). They last for some months and then you might find they bubble up a bit and fail at which point I'll use the normal patches and glue from Rema Tip Top or whatever they're called.

  • Rema Tip Top, that's what I was looking for!

    Find self adhesive ones a bit naff, but good in a pinch (no pun intended) I guess.

  • I've started using them a bit more. They didn't work for me in TransAm in the moist cold McKenzie Pass and I've had them fail in 40C+ in Italy but generally they've worked pretty well and are quicker than normal patches and I don't like putting new tubes in for every little puncture because inevitably I won't fix them at home like I say I will.
