For tubes? I use Park Tools quick ones now for the most part (unless the weather is nice and I'm not in a hurry, in which case I'll use proper glue-on patches). They last for some months and then you might find they bubble up a bit and fail at which point I'll use the normal patches and glue from Rema Tip Top or whatever they're called.

Not sure if best place to ask, but what's everyone's go to repair patches? Used the last of my (not confidence inspiring) self stick ones this morning.
