    I asked the police on twitter if they can make a contact to the owner so I can try to make it road legal ;-).

    Are we all familiar with the Velorex? Here's some info:

    Admittedly one of the original designers was killed road testing, but apparently there are still a large number in use in Czechia (the latest of them are now 50 years old).

    At least the Velorex had reasonable sized brake drums, whereas the tiny drums shown in the electric version would probably be hard pressed to stop an unmotorised trike from 10 mph!
